OFFICIAL LETTER NO. 17709/BTC-TCT DATED 04 DECEMBER 2014 OF MOF IN GUIDANCE OF VAT APPLICATION FROM 01 JAN 2015 FOR SOME GOODS
According to official letter No. 17709/BTC-TCT:
Fertilizer; machineries, equipment specialized in agricultural production; offshore fishing; animal & poultry feed and other livestock feed are not imposed on VAT from import stage to production, commercial stage for sale (including wholesale, retail).

For enterprises paying VAT under deduction method when issuing VAT invoices for these goods from 01 Jan 2015, they will not write VAT on invoices (cross the tax amounts, VAT tax rate).

For households trading the goods without VAT-liable amounts, they must not summarize the VAT taxable revenue from 01 Jan 2015.

Enterprises importing goods without VAT-liable amounts must not pay VAT at import stage from 01 Jan 2015
